Decent product. Awful product packaging.

I recently ordered several Anthony products because I used them several years ago and enjoyed them. Then I remembered why I stopped buying them. I bought the glycolic cleanser, facial scrub, and body scrub — all very different products, textures, viscosities and densities... but the exact same product packaging experience. Awful. If the containers were soft enough to squeeze in order to force the product through the very small cap, it might be excusable. I have to remove the cap from 2 of the 3 products mentioned to get a usable amount. I can't return them, but thankfully the ingredients are safe to just toss out.

The products aren't bad. They seem to work just fine and smell nice. But the product experience for me hasn't been worth the effort nor the value worth the price. Maybe some customers have had different experiences with the packaging, which would be a signal of inconsistent product production. Or maybe Anthony's designers and engineers don't use their products enough to experience the difference. The fact that the packaging hasn't changed in so many years is evidence that it's not a priority.
